Student Grievance Redressal Committee
Handles grievances related to academic matters, examinations, attendance, fees, and general campus facilities.
Internal Complaint Committee (ICC)
Addresses complaints related to sexual harassment at workplace as per the POSH Act, 2013. Strict confidentiality maintained.
Anti-Ragging Committee
Zero tolerance for ragging. Immediate action taken. National helpline available 24x7. Helpline: 1800-180-5522
SC/ST & Equal Opportunity Cell
Ensures equal opportunities for all students irrespective of caste, religion, gender, or disability. Addresses discrimination complaints.
Divyang Cell
Provides special assistance, infrastructure support, and grievance redressal for students with disabilities.
How to Lodge a Grievance
Follow these steps to ensure your grievance is addressed promptly:
Submit Online or In-Person
Fill the grievance form below (online) or obtain a physical form from the Student Affairs Office / Dean's office.
Acknowledgement
You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 working days with a unique grievance reference number.
Investigation & Resolution
The concerned committee will investigate the matter and provide resolution within 7 working days.
Appeal / Escalation
If not satisfied, appeal to the Director / Principal within 15 days of the resolution communication. Further escalation can be made to AICTE's online grievance portal.
